At UREVO.US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fitness equipment; if you are not, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the treadmill or fitness accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, power cords, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
